Q. What are our cancellation policies? |
| A. You may cancel up to 48 hours in advance of your designated pick-up time without penalty. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your pick-up day/time then a fee equivalent to the car rental for one day will be assessed. |
Q. What are the requirements for renting a vehicle in St.Lucia? |
| A. In order to rent a vehicle from us you must possess a valid international driverīs license, and you must be at least twenty five years of age. If you do not have an international license, then you can purchase a permit from us. The cost of the permit is US$22 and is valid for the duration of your rental. |
Q. How do I reserve a vehicle? |
| A. In order to secure a reservation you need a valid credit card. At the time of reservation, your card will be authorised for the total cost of the car rental which will guarantee your reservation. At the time of rental this credit card must be presented together with the international license. The credit card information must match that on the license. The actual cost of the rental will be charged upon return of the car. |
Q. What does the cost of the car rental include? |
| A. The car rental rate is calculated based on information provided at the time of making the reservation. This rate will include taxes and any options you selected at the time of the reservation. Your rate does not include the cost of fuel. When the car is returned, the fuel gauge should be at least the amount available at the time of the car rental. No credit is provided for unused fuel. |
